Micron Agritech is an agricultural technology company, revolutionising the way farm animals are tested and treated for parasites.
We worked with their team to bring their vision to reality. As Micron Agritech was founded in 2019, this relatively new company wanted a user-friendly website that appealed to both farmers and vets. We helped them with the creation of this from UX design to web development.
Micron Agritech required an updated website to reflect the offering of their revolutionary mobile app & parasite testing technology. The website had two clearly defined target audiences: veterinarians, and commercial farmers. It needed to be able to serve both of those audiences seamlessly, without creating a complicated user journey. We undertook UX research to develop features on the website that would toggle information based on the user type, and tailored copywriting to the need of the user.
The result of this project is a clean and modern website which is easy to use for both vets and farmers, with copywriting tailored to those users. The website goal is to educate users on the product and its benefits, and encourage users to request a product demo, which is reflected throughout the site. From UX to web design to development and copywriting, Micron Agritech was an exciting project to work on.

Our team undertook a full engagement of content-writing to support education around Micron’s product offering.
Micron Agritech had two defined users: commercial farmers, and veterinarians. After workshops with the Micron team, we came to understand that the technical understanding of what the Micron Agritech app & kit deliver could be widely different between those two user groups. Veterinarians want to know how the app & kit are superior to their current methods of parasite testing, with an interest in the process; commercial farmers are concerned with if the product will increase their efficiency and yield.
With this in mind, we crafted the main language of the website, with differentiated content blocks tailored to user needs and expectations.
