LumaDoc are an aesthetician clinic which provide health services like Botox and dermal fillers in the comfort of your home on an appointment basis. We helped founder Dr Paul Deignan create a brand name and visual identity to represent his business, followed by a service-based web project & digital marketing.

With LumaDoc, we started with a blank slate in terms of branding. Together with the LumaDoc team, we undertook competitor research and persona exploration, and landed on the business name LumaDoc. From there, we worked on visual identity research, creation and expansion to support the brand. We turned these into brand guidelines for a sleek, modern and clean-feeling brand, which are the basis for the web project and ongoing marketing.
We then built a custom service-based website, which educates web visitors about the team of medical practitioners behind the brand, as well as the process of receiving treatment. From there, clients can book free consultations and treatments to their home. The website also allows clients to make group bookings.

We supported LumaDoc’s brand launch and ongoing strategy toward brand awareness and client acquisition with a multichannel approach including social media, Google Ads, SEO and content design. Since January 2022, we’ve steadily grown their web visitors, social media following and SERP ranking, while bringing in clients.
