With e-commerce data driving almost every business decision for online traders, we strategically crafted a plan to implement the optimal number of email campaigns to be successfully delivered to an existing database. Discover how we introduced a whole new revenue channel for Buy4Pets Online by launching email automations and campaigns in 2021.
After migrating their existing database, we custom-designed and built 2 promotional and 1 longform style email campaigns per month which were successfully delivered to predetermined segments. Through utilizing all digital channels, we saw huge growth, quadrupling the size of their database in less than one year and generating a new revenue stream that now accounts for over 40% of their total store revenue.
